We organise visits to present and former cinemas in Britain and the world over. UK-based, we have members around the world and in recent years we have offered cinema tours in Australia, India, Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden, France, Spain and, of course, the USA. In 2007, our 40th Anniversary year, we shall offer tours to Cuba, Denmark and Sweden and to New York City as well as domestic visits to cinemas from Scotland to Cornwall.

We publish a bi-monthly members newsletter, an annual journal and books on UK cinema history, notably Allen Eyles acclaimed series of definitive major circuit histories.

We hold a growing archive collection, which includes photographs of most of the cinema buildings that have ever operated in the UK.
